Ringling Bros. Fully Charged Circus Review

This past Thursday we had the opportunity to attend the opening night of the Ringling Bros. Fully Charged Circus in Pittsburgh PA. This was my kids first circus experience and I haven't been to a circus since I was a little girl! I was a little bummed that my husband couldn't make it, but grandma very happily took his place! Fully Charged was a FANTASTIC show!

There were so many great acts, so instead of trying to pick a few to tell you about, I'm going to include a bit of what each of us liked best!

Me: My favorite part was the elephants. The elephants danced, rolled over, sat on stools, and did other tricks. It is absolutely amazing to me that an animal that grand can be trained to do these types of shows!

Billy: My 4 year old son said that his favorite part was the clowns. Particularly a part where the clowns came out riding a giant bike with big blow up tires. Usually I'm not a huge clown person, but a lot of the acts had me giggling right along with the kids!

Alexa: My 2 year old daughter liked the horses the best, particularly the mini horses. The way the horses stood up and walked on their back legs reminded me of trained dogs!

Grandma: My mother's favorite part was The Human Fuse. Yes, it was exactly what it sounds like! They set a man on fire and shot him out of a cannon! This is the first time that anything like this has been done in Ringling Bros. history!

Fully Charged was a perfect family night out, we are already counting down the months until Ringling Bros. comes back to town!

Head over to the Ringling Bros. website to check the tour schedule and visit USFamilyGuide for more great family activities!
